Senior Tel als Notrufgerät für den Pflegedienst
Senior-Tel ist mit einer Wechselsprechanlage ausgestattet, über die bspw. der Pfleger mit Ihnen sprechen kann, ohne dass Sie dazu etwa eine Taste drücken oder einen Telefonhörer in die Hand nehmen müssen. Sie können dann direkt mit dem Mitarbeiter in der Zentrale sprechen. Ihre Situation schildern und erzählen, was passiert ist.
Sollten Sie nicht antworten (können), leitet die Zentrale Ihren Notruf direkt an einen internen Pflegedienst oder den Rettungsdienst weiter.Hierbei ist von großem Vorteil, dass der Zentrale aktuelle und vollständige Informationen zu Krankheiten, eingenommenen Medikamenten und Ihrem generellen Gesundheitszustand vorliegen. Diese werden bei einem Notruf an das Rettungsteam übermittelt. Die Fachkräfte wissen dann sofort Bescheid und können schon im Vorfeld geeignete Hilfsmaßnahmen vorbereiten.

SeniorTel 1 Plus mit Notrufarmband
SeniorTel Plus besteht aus einer Basisstation und zusätzlich einem kleinen Sender, den Sie ständig bei sich tragen, etwa Am Handgelenk wie eine Uhr. Der Sender ( Notruftaste) ist in einem wasserdichten Gehäuse untergebracht, damit Sie ihn auch unter der Dusche oder beim Spülen nicht ablegen müssen.
Der Sender ist mit einem Alarmknopf für Notfälle ausgestattet, den Sie bei einem Unfall oder sonstigen Problem einfach drücken. Dann übermittelt es ein Signal an das SeniorTel Plus, das daraufhin umgehend eine oder mehrere vorher eingespeicherte Telefonnummer wählt. Das kann theoretisch ein Nachbar sein oder ein in der Nähe wohnender Verwandten. Besser ist es jedoch ein 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr besetzte Notrufzentrale. Geht dort Ihr Notruf ein, versucht der Mitarbeiter der Zentrale zunächst, die Lage zu klären.

Das Senior Tel Max wurde speziell entwickelt, um älteren Menschen, die aufgrund ihrer Gesundheit ans Bett gebunden sind, eine einfache und mühelose Kommunikation zu ermöglichen. Mit einem eingebauten Mikrofon und Lautsprecher bietet dieses Telefon eine bequeme Möglichkeit, in Verbindung zu bleiben, ohne dass physische Bewegung oder Anstrengung erforderlich ist.
