In emergencies, they automatically or at the push of a button, they inform a neighbour, close relative or the care or rescue service. In this way, help can be summoned quickly and the situation clarified without delay.

After a ring, the caller's voice can be heard in hands-free mode. At the same time, you can answer without having to hold the senior phone in your hand. This gives relatives of very elderly relatives, for example, the security of being able to reach them at any time and in any situation.
If the user is unable to answer calls independently, activate automatic call answering before handing over the senior district.
The senior phone then answers incoming calls independently and switches to hands-free mode at the same time.

By pressing the key sequence 1-1-2, the senior hotel dials the emergency number 112, meaning that the user also receives help in an emergency if none of the three numbers can be reached in an emergency.

Senior Tel as an emergency call device for the care service
Senior-Tel is equipped with an intercom system which, for example, allows the nurse to talk to you without you having to press a button or pick up a telephone receiver. You can then speak directly to the employee at the head office. Describe your situation and tell us what happened.
If you cannot (cannot) answer, the central office will forward your emergency call directly to an internal care service or emergency service.
It is a great advantage that the head office has up-to-date and complete information about illnesses, medications taken and your general health status. These are transmitted to the rescue team during an emergency call. The specialists then know immediately and can prepare suitable relief measures in advance.
Fall sensor
Of course, you can also use Senior-Tel as a mobile emergency call system.
To do this, you need to take Senior-Tel with you, either in a bag or hang it around your neck. Here, too, you wear the mobile transmitter, which immediately triggers an alarm in the control center when you press a button. The senior phone has a fall sensor that automatically sounds an alarm when the wearer falls, i.e. also in the event of fainting or limited mobility.

2.1 Senior Tel Plus with emergency call bracelet
Senior-Tel Plus consists of a base station and also a small transmitter that you always carry with you, such as a watch on your wrist. The transmitter (emergency call button) is enclosed in a waterproof housing so that you do not have to remove it even when showering or washing up.
The transmitter is equipped with an emergency alarm button, which you simply press in the event of an accident or other problem. It then sends a signal to the Senior-Tel Plus, which then immediately dials one or more previously saved telephone numbers. In theory, this could be a neighbor or a relative living nearby. However, it is better to have an emergency call center staffed around the clock. If they receive your emergency call, the head office employee first tries to clarify the situation.
2.2 Senior Tel Max: with microphone, speaker and remote control for bedridden people
The Senior Tel Max is specifically designed to provide easy and effortless communication for older people who are confined to bed due to their health. With a built-in microphone and speaker, this phone provides a convenient way to stay connected without the need for physical movement or effort. It allows them to maintain social contacts, talk to family and friends, and get support in an emergency.

2.3 Senior Tel GPS: With GPS reception
Optionally, you can also receive the senior phone with a GPS receiver, which allows the central unit to precisely locate the patient. This means that you are not only protected within your own four walls, but also on the go. Wireless range to the base station approx. 50 m in buildings.
To operate, you need:
a) a standard, active SIM card. No data plan, just SMS and telephony.
