Alarm features

Willful alerting

• SOS emergency call button: Allows the user to quickly trigger an alarm in an emergency, allowing SMS notifications or calls to up to three stored telephone numbers.

Independent of will alarms

• Rest alarm: Detects motionlessness and triggers an alarm with acoustic and visual signals after an advance warning.
• Fall alarm: When a fall is detected, triggers a pre-alarm first and then a main alarm.
• Situation alarm: Reacts to an unchanged position after a predefined period of time with an alert.
• Zeitalarm: Requires confirmation from the user when a pre-alarm is triggered; otherwise, an alert is issued.
• EscapeAlarm: Detects hectic movements and triggers a main alarm after an advance warning.

Scope of delivery and optional extensions

• The standard package includes the PNA emergency clock, power supply, charging station with USB cable, and leather and silicone straps.
• As an option, LifeWatch 2 offers the option of adding iBeacon for indoor positioning, 24/7 alarm monitoring and a multi-network/M2M SIM card for optimal network coverage.

Technological advantages

LifeWatch 2 is based on 4G technology, ideal for the Swiss market following the partial shutdown of the 2G network and also suitable for Germany and Austria. The watch offers a comprehensive solution for outdoor and indoor localization using GPS, WLAN and Bluetooth.
